2012 Torrontes, Alta Mesa, Silvaspoon Vineyard (Oakstone): Our first version of the most popular white wine in Argentina. Fresh, crisp, citrusy, with just a hint of grapefuit in the nose. Totally dry and ideal for appetizers or lighter dinner fare.

2012 Pinot Grigio, Fair Play, Estate Lemley Ranch Vineyard (Oakstone): A luscious white wine with aromas of tropical fruits; almost completely dry this year with just 0.3% residual sugar. A beautiful white wine from the fabulous 2012 vintage.

2010 Zinfandel, Sierra Foothills (Oakstone): A combination of grapes from three vineyards give this wine a lovely berry nose, big upfront fruit, and an intense, lingering finish. This a Foothill Zinfandel for all foods and all occasions!

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, Sierra Foothills (Oakstone): A classic version of Bordeaux's greatest red wine. Rich, robust and balanced flavors featuring the cassis fruit characteristic of the grapes grown in our Sierra Foothills.

2010 Alicante Bouschet, Fair Play, Estate Serendipity Hill Vineyard (Obscurity): Deep rich color, modest tannins, and an intense black pepper finish define this version of a grape usually grown just to add color.
Awards: Gold Medal, and Best of Class, Amador County Fair; Silver Medal, El Dorado County Fair.

2010 Malbec, Fair Play, Estate Geoff & Katy Farm (Obscurity): A rich, aromatic version of the Bordeaux and Argentine Classic. Wonderful with steak, also great with anything from the grill--sausage, ribs, you name it!

2010 Touriga, Alta Mesa, Silvaspoons Vineyard (Obscurity): A grape originating in Portugal and the basis of many Port-style dessert wines there, it has recently been recognized for its ability to produce exceptional, regular-alcohol table wines as well--both in its native Douro area and in California. Awards: Double Gold Medal and Best of Class, El Dorado County Fair; Silver Medal, California State Fair.

2010 Carmenere, Fair Play, Estate De Cascabel (Obscurity): One of the least known of the Bordeaux varieties, and now the favorite red grape of Chile, this wine is known for deep color and an intriguing hint of green bell peppers in the nose.

2010 Meritage, Sierra Foothills, (Oakstone): A blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, and 21% Petit Verdot. A rich, complex blend of traditional Bordeaux varietals, with added "spice" from our estate Petit Verdot. A perfect wine for all your summer barbecues.
